since people keep breaking into the walk-in fridge




BREAKFAST:


The Morning Scramble: 2 eggs, scrambled, with grated cheese and your choice of 2 fillings. Toast and skillet potatoes on the side.
Omelettes: Fluffy and thin! 3 eggs stuffed with your choice of up to 4 fillings (see below). Served with skillet green tubers.
Eggy In A Basket: One egg over-medium served in a piece of toast, with a side of beans.
Oakridge Fry-Up: Three sausages with beans and toast.
You-Hop: A short stack of buttermilk pancakes, served with skillet green tubers and a side of coropy rashers. Trust us, it's like bacon!
We-Hop: Same as above, only a tall stack.

Fillings: Gorotti (think tomatoes!) | Broccolini (yes, really) | Cheese | Coropy (think ham) | Sausage | Jackalope (like chicken!) | Pink onions | Blomquist Fungus | Pantropan chiles

Sides: Muffin of the Day | Coropy rashers (think bacon!) | Sausage links | Skillet green tubers | Porridge (local milled mixed grains) | Fresh Fruit of the Day | Toast | Chutney of the Day

LUNCH:


Build A Sandwich: Club-style! Three slices of bread with your choice of three veg and one or two meats, with or without cheese. Served with homemade green tuber crisps.
Pub Nightmare: A casserole dish lined with bread and filled with layers of gorotti, broccolini, Blomquist fungus, and pink onions, topped with cheese and baked. Messy, but well worth the extra napkins: our house specialty!
Fish of the Day Wrap: Subject to change, but usually a flaky, light filet of Shooma, lightly breaded with homemade tartar sauce on the side. Served with homemade green tuber crisps.
The Quintessential: As close to a cheeseburger as Pantropa gets, for those of you missing In N' Out or your home burger chain. Ground portfisk meat, cooked to your liking and lightly seasoned, topped with cheese and your choice of veg. Add coropy rashers for a slight extra charge! Served with fried green tuber chips (of course).
Personal Pizza: Homemade gorotti marinara on a deep-dish style crust with cheese and your choice of toppings.

Sandwich & Pizza Fixings: Gorotti, fresh greens, Blomquist fungus, pink onions, jackalope (sliced), portfisk (roast for sandwiches, crumble for pizza), coropy (both sliced like ham or as rashers), pickled kontu. Other fruit or veg available seasonally: please ask!

PUB FARE:

Pub Crackers: Flatbread topped with grated cheese and served with a side of the Chutney of the Day.
Fried Cheese Curds - served with homemade gorotti marinara
Loaded Green Tuber Skins - topped with cheese, diced pink onion, and crumbled coropy rashers
Flatbread Pizza of the Day
Nachos - served with cheese and house salsa, please specify mild or spicy!
