HISTORY:

- Born in Hell's Kitchen, NY, to British immigrants/restauranteurs
- Grew up working in the restaurant to the point where it was both home and secondary school.
- Opened The Engine Room after graduating from culinary school
- Had a serious long-term flirt with his dessert chef, Tina, before they finally realized they should be in an actual relationship. As of dimension76 they'll have officially been together a few months.

ABILITIES:
His innate talent shows itself as a sort of aura reading, specifically toward food. He can speak to a person or even watch them for a minute or two, and know exactly what sort of food they need at any given moment: they might not even know they're craving it, but the second he puts it down in front of them, they know it's exactly what they needed. This goes for food-based remedies, as well, so he has very minor healing abilities. The trick of it is: Tom's not aware this is magic. He just thinks he's very good at reading people.

PERSONALITY:
- Exuberant, almost ridiculously boisterous, and friendly to everyone at first glance.
- If someone proves to be a prick, however, the salt comes out in abundance: he doesn't tolerate cruelty or idiocy. (This is when the PB influence kicks in, basically.)
- Has a soft spot for kids, puppies, and people down on their luck
- Hobbies outside of the kitchen? Jogging, motorcycles, and being a movie buff.
